A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a philanthropic giving vehicle that provides an immediate tax benefit to you, and allows you to grant funds to charities of your choice.

How do I give through a donor-advised fund?

You can give in two ways:

1. Recommend a DAF through your financial institution or foundation
You can recommend a gift by contacting your financial institution or foundation or by granting online (find yours below).

The grant/donation will arrive through the Donor Advised Fund institution to 2020 Mom (DBA: Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health) with only the fund’s name and address on it, not yours. Please request your name and address to be included or contact the Policy Center to inform us of your gift, so we can thank you for your generosity.

OR

  1. Contact your fund manager

Call your DAF fund manager and recommend supporting 2020 Mom (DBA: Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health), along with the amount of the grant. Your fund manager will send a check directly from your fund.
